LONGBOAT KEY, Fla. (Oct. 1, 2026) – Luxury accessories brand AGCF opened its second boutique Thursday inside the lobby of The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort. It is the company's first location on the East Coast.
AGCF was founded by Alexandra Gucci Zarini, granddaughter of Aldo Gucci. Its flagship store is at 479 N. Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.
The opening echoes family history. In 1960, Aldo Gucci opened a Gucci store at The St. Regis New York, with a boutique inside the hotel and the family's Fifth Avenue store next to it.
"For me, returning to St. Regis is not nostalgia," Gucci Zarini said. "It is a continuation, with a new purpose at its heart: the protection of children."
The new boutique sells handbags, small leather goods, silk scarves, jewelry and eyewear. The company says its leather goods are made in family-owned workshops.
AGCF is a Delaware public benefit corporation. Many of its pieces carry hardware called Unità, which the company says means "in unity for children," and a portion of proceeds goes to child-protection charities. Its giving partners include Fostering the Future and the World Childhood Foundation.
The opening coincides with a new partnership with the World Childhood Foundation, founded by Queen Silvia of Sweden. Under it, 20 percent of proceeds from AGCF products in its signature green will go to Childhood USA, the foundation's American chapter.
AGCF Chief Executive Josef Zarini called the resort "the most luxurious beachfront resort in America" and said it was the right home for the second boutique. General Manager Winfred van Workum said the resort was pleased to welcome the brand and celebrate the Gucci family's long relationship with St. Regis.
AGCF also sells online at AGCF.com.
I removed the promotional language and attributed the superlatives to the people who said them. I also fixed the press release's stray "in today" and its mix of future and past tense about the opening. Let me know if you want it shorter or in a different style.
