LOS ANGELES, Aug. 11, 2026 — True Religion is putting individuality and personal recognition at the heart of its Fall 2026 strategy with the launch of its limited-edition Iconography Capsule, reworking the urban lifestyle brand’s most recognizable symbols for a new generation.

Fronted by Bronx rapper and producer Cash Cobain and entrepreneur Jayda Cheaves, the campaign is built around a simple question: What makes you recognizable? Rather than positioning uniqueness as a passing trend, True Religion presents authenticity and self-expression as the qualities that allow individuals to become distinctive in their own right.

“True Religion has always stood for authenticity,” said Kristen D’Arcy, Chief Marketing Officer at True Religion. She said the brand’s recognizability over more than two decades has come from remaining true to its identity, adding that Cobain and Cheaves represent a generation defining its own path rather than following established trends.

The Iconography Capsule revisits the visual codes that have long distinguished True Religion, including its Horseshoe, Buddha, Big T, Super T contrast stitching and signature script branding. These archival elements appear across denim, fleece, graphic T-shirts, activewear, outerwear and coordinated sets, with updated silhouettes designed to connect the brand’s heritage with contemporary culture.

“The Iconography Capsule highlights the brand’s iconic design language,” said Tina Blake, Creative Director and SVP of Design, Merchandising & Brand Image. She said the collection brings archival iconography into modern fits while preserving the design elements that made the brand immediately recognizable.

The campaign extends beyond clothing through an Open Casting Call, inviting consumers to define what makes them unique. True Religion will host a flagship casting event on Aug. 29 at its Los Angeles headquarters, featuring creator hosts, surprise guests, live DJ performances, giveaways, interactive photo opportunities and on-site casting.

Two winners, one in menswear and one in womenswear, will be selected for the brand’s “Ones to Watch” social content series. The prizes include a Los Angeles photoshoot experience, travel accommodations, brand features and a True Religion shopping experience.

The uniqueness-focused initiative will also reach selected stores across the US. On Aug. 15, participating locations will offer on-site denim customization through embroidery, while Aug. 22 will feature professional photo opportunities that allow consumers to showcase their individual style and participate in the online casting call.

Founded in 2002, True Religion built its identity around bold denim construction and distinctive Super T stitching, becoming closely associated with artists, athletes and style pioneers. With the Fall 2026 Iconography Capsule, the brand is using those established visual signatures not simply as heritage markers, but as tools for a new generation to express individuality, confidence and a recognizable personal identity.
