The Windswift LX is designed around the Q Angle—the natural anatomical difference in the female quadriceps that impacts weight distribution and running efficiency. To optimize this, Ryka utilized a female-specific last featuring a narrower heel and a wider forefoot to prevent sliding and ensure a high-performance fit.
